January 18- Rising 7th Grade information night at Carl Sandburg Middle School
Updates on Our Learning:
In Reading, we are continuing our work with critical literacy and critical thinking. Students are practicing reading with a critical lens and creating habits with that.
In math, we began a new unit working with coordinate planes. Students are plotting coordinates and learning how this work is connected to real life through video game creation.
In science, students are continuing their learning about Earth's atmosphere and the unique characteristics of it.
6th Grade Visit to Sandburg for a preview of the fine arts electives offered.
