Schoolwide Expectations

Some of our students are getting comfortable and complacent, which is both a great thing, and an area of growth because it speaks to the level of comfortability with trust gained as well as the establishment of positive relationships. Please take a moment to reinforce the expectations at home. Some of the behaviors that have increased are:

  • Talking while the teacher is talking
  • Talking over classmates (not being respectful)
  • Response time (students are moving very slowly when we ask them to transition from one thing to the next)
  • Keeping hands to self
  • Work ethic (We understand students are getting tired; however, we are in the third marking period and need them to push)
