What are we learning?

  • We are book tasting Fiction and NonFiction books.  This means taking a quick look into books to learn a fact or see if we are interested in the story / topic.  
  • The public librarian is coming to discuss the summer reading program. 

Home/School Connection

  • All books are DUE! We need to begin inventory and order books that have been lost or damaged for next year.  Please have your child look for any lost books and let me know if you need a printout so you can see the cover!!  THANK YOU :)

STEAM with Ms. Simonds

What are we learning?

  • Students will be participating in some fun end of the year activities:
  • K and 1st-bubbles
  • 2nd and 3rd-bubble gum blowing contest
  • 4th-3d printing
  • 5th-stomp rockets
  • 6th-solar ovens and making S’mores
  • It has been a wonderful year in STEAM! I have seen students grow as creative and critical thinkers. Have a wonderful summer.
