What are we learning?

Language Arts

• We are learning about vocabulary words
• We are reviewing all the digraphs we have learned (th, sh, ch, and wh)
• We are learning about the sight words “see” and “this” 
• We are learning about the -ip (zip, rip) and -it (kit, mit) word families

Math

• We are learning to decompose and compose number combinations to 10
• We are learning how to solve story problems

Social Studies

• We are learning about St. Patrick's Day and how to build traps using recycled materials
• We are learning about Community Helpers

Dinner Table Questions

• Let’s complete our fire safety packet! Can you get it out for me?
• Can you show me the rollercoaster blending activity you’ve done in Language Arts this week? Can you show me the rollercoaster for the word “mag”? What’s the vowel?
