Happy May! ! We can’t believe that we are already in the 4th quarter. Your students have grown so much this year! We have some exciting things coming up in May! During the month of May students will receive some end of year testing. Make sure your student is coming to school each day well rested! We are almost to June, we got this!

- Look for words with o vowel teams (oi/oy/ou/ow) in words! Go on a word hunt!
- Do some research at home! Make a poster or book about what you have researched.

- Read the time on an analog clock to the nearest 5 minutes.
- Ask questions and take surveys at home. Graph your data using a picture graph, pictograph, or bar graph. Don’t forget labels and a title!

- Monarch, Milkweed, and Mexico Unit
- We will learn about life cycles, how living things interact, how weather affects living things and their surroundings, and how important plants are as natural resources.
