• Interpreting Stories

Home/School Connection

• Have your child read books, magazines, or informational websites to find out more information about the topics they are researching in class! Maybe make a trip to the local library and get some books and articles on their topic!

Math

What are we learning?

• Fractions (In this unit students will solidify their understanding of practical situations involving equal shares with halves and fourths and making connections to equal shares with eighths, thirds, and sixths)

• Have students identify fractions at home.

• Black History Month/ Presidents/ Early Explorers
