Mrs. Pierce joined Bucknell ES for the 2023-2024 school year as a fourth-grade teacher. She grew up in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, and graduated from George Mason University. After earning a Masters degree from the University of Maryland, she began working as a fifth-grade teacher in Montgomery County, Maryland. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with family.
